Conclusion

The pricing and deal information depicted within this article is based on a McDonald’s, a Burger King, and a Wendy’s which are on the same street, on the same side of the road, within the same block, and easily within walking distance from each other in South Florida on November 18, 2020.

McDonald's - $1.00 + tax

Using a deal available on the McDonald’s App the best I could do at McDonald’s was just large fries.

Burger King Lunch

Burger King - $1.00 + tax

Using a deal  available on the Burger King App I was able to get a Small Frozen Coke and an entire Kid’s Meal!
The deal appears to be available once per day as long as your order is $1 or more before taxes.

Wendy's - $0.49 + tax

Using a deal available on the Wendy’s App I was able to get free pub fries by purchasing anything at all!
The cheapest item I could find was a Junior Frosty, which is smaller than even a small Frosty.
Wendy's Lunch

Conclusion

Wendy’s comes out as the cheapest, however, it is not really a full lunch.

As long as the deal is available then Burger King seems to give the best bang for the buck.  At $1.00 plus taxes, you can get a full lunch.

McDonald’s is not only the largest fast food burger chain but also the largest fast food chain.  However, out of these three, you cannot even get a drink for $1.00 or less, not including tax, using a deal.  Certainly, many McDonald’s have $1.00 deals on only drinks, of any size, but even that is only a single item.

Suggestions

For a quick lunch, or to keep you going very late in the day, and at the cheapest price, then Wendy’s will be your best bet.

But if you want a full lunch, that is likely enough to fill most people up, then Burger King is the clear choice.
